About Abi

Abi completed his physiotherapy education at the University of Indonesia in 2019. After graduating, he immediately began his career as a physiotherapist at a musculoskeletal clinic in Jakarta.

For the past five years, Abi has been practicing as a physiotherapist, treating various local and international clients in Jakarta. He specializes in musculoskeletal cases, utilizing manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy.

To support his practice, Abi regularly engages in physical exercise and reviews current literature after work. By joining the Physioactive team, Abi is eager to contribute to enhancing the quality of physiotherapy services in Indonesia.

Physioactive has been instrumental in my conservative treatment for a torn meniscus. This means I have not had surgery and am trying to avoid surgery. I have been doing fairly intensive rehab for three months with Physioactive with very good results. I am starting to run again and my knee and surrounding muscles are noticeably stronger. I am more or less pain free although still working through some stiffness and continuing to strengthen my legs which likely contributed to the meniscus tear. I also want to recognize the therapist who has been helping me. Abi is very professional, knowledgeable and has been very important to my recovery.
