Born in Ponorogo, East Java Egik has obtained her Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from State Health Polytechnic of Surakarta on 2021. Right after that, she continue to pursue her professional degree from the same university and completed on 2022.

In 2024 Egik received her Masters Degree in Physiotherapy which specialized in musculoskeletal from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Selangor, Malaysia. The topics about orthopaedics, musculoskeletal, and motor control are what she mostly had during the study. For completing the study, she conducted a research about low back pain and got to published few articles related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal.

Apart of actively working as a physiotherapist, Egik is also a digital designer for a physiotherapy learning platform. She believes that by growing herself through Physioactive, she has the chance to help others to grow as well.
