After completing her education, she interned in the HCM division of a bank. She joined an e-commerce company as a CCS and rose to become a Senior Return and Refund Analyst, gaining experience in analyzing and resolving customer issues.

Outside of work, she has a keen interest in learning foreign languages ​​and cultures. She attended Korean language training at PPKD Central Jakarta and Kpop Academy 2019 as part of her development of her skills and international communication skills.
