Same-day cancellations prevent us from helping other patients, so we ask:
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible — and no later than 5 PM the day before. We’ll WhatsApp you a reminder at 12 PM.
Late cancellations:
- 1st time in 30 days — no charge, no worries.
- 2nd time onwards — your next appointment may need to be prepaid (via package or direct payment). If missed or cancelled late, it’s still charged.
