Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Michelle obtained her Bachelor of Computers and Business Systems degree from Monash University in 2003. Although she focused on Information technology as a potential field to get into, her beliefs and values always remained the same throughout her life: quality in education and health care.

As such rather than join the family business, she set out to establish her own health facility in Indonesia. After assessing all the major Physiotherapy clinics in Singapore, she found that Physioactive not only had the best reputation, they also best matched her vision of high quality care for patients.

The Dharmawangsa Clinic is the first Physioactive branch in Indonesia and reflects her Vision of what a physiotherapy clinic should look like.

In her personal life she is a mother of 2 and as such, busy with providing care at home.
